❥ I have the right to refuse any commission. This includes but is not limited to the topic of a commission being uncomfortable for me to do.❥ I refuse to sell After Dark Commissions to underage clients. By commissioning me these kinds of comms, you agree to the terms that you are 18 years old or older.❥ All commissions currently being sold are digital. The client will receive a full high resolution copy of the commission, but nothing will be physically sent.❥ Artwork at base price is for personal use only. All commercially made commissions are sold at 250% the original pricing.❥ Once the commission is completed and sent in its full resolution, the art is then property of the client. However, I still own authorship of the art and retain the right to use the commission to post onto social media, my portfolio, and as self-promotion.❥ However, the client can request to keep their commission private. This would exclude their commission from being posted onto my social media.❥ The client is welcome to post their commission to social media if I am rightfully credited for my work.❥ There are absolutely no circumstances in which I consent to any parts of the commission, including any progress pictures, being sold as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), or being used in AI (Artificial Intelligence) training.❥ The client cannot alter the artwork unless given explicit permission by me.

❥ Commission will be done through Paypal or Ko-Fi. Through payment, the client is agreeing to these terms of services.
The client will be expected to pay 100% of the commission’s cost on the first invoice. From the delivery of the invoice, the client will have a week to send this payment, and I have no obligation to start the commission until said payment is sent. If a week passes with no payment, the commission will be dismissed and I will have no further obligation to this client.❥ If the commission was ordered on Ko-fi, an email will be sent to the client to begin the commission process. I will wait up to one week for a response. If no attempt is made to reach out by the client, the commission will be cancelled and the money will be refunded. I will have no further obligation to this client❥ A watermarked sketch will be sent to the client for approval and/or feedback. If a week passes with no approval or feedback on the sketch, following an attempt of reaching out to the client, I will cancel the commission and keep the sketch, along with 50% of the payment as a kill fee. I will have no further obligation to this client.❥ The client will be shown consistent progress of the commission, at least of every major commission phase. This includes any of the following that may be applicable: Sketch phase, Line-art phase, Flat color, Rendered.❥ Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase at no cost. Any revisions made during other phases of the commission are subject to additional costs if the revisions are considered major.❥ I will wait up to 3 days on a response from the client at each commission phase. If no response is given, I will consider the phase approved, with no revisions accepted for that phase.

❥ Unless it is discussed and otherwise changed, the commission will be finished within two months. If the commission is not able to be completed within this time, the client is entitled to a full refund. It is up to the client to request the refund, which will terminate the progress of the commission. Otherwise I will continue to work on the commission past the two month period and continue to work with the client to get it done.❥ If I have any reason to believe that I will not be able to finish a commission in time or at all due to a current situation (i.e. family emergency) I will reach out to the client and offer a full refund.❥ If the client wishes to cancel a commission during the sketch phase, the client is entitled to receive a refund of 50% of whatever they have already paid. The rest of the money, along with the rights to the artwork, will be kept by me as a kill fee.❥ If a client wishes to cancel a commission after the sketch phase, there will be no refund.
